• Resume4U does not promise any jobs or interview calls to the end user after taking its services. The services provided by Resume4U.in are best in class but the end user needs to understand that there is a large skilled population out there and a comparatively lesser number of qualified jobs open in the market and hence guaranteeing a job is not possible.

Cancellation Policy

Resume4U believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been initiated the process of preparing them.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day (Express) Delivery category.
• Our team will follow up with you “the customer” for 24 hours for pending documents or information, post which there will be no claim of non-delivery and TAT of delivery of product will start from the day the documents or information’s are received.
• In case of receipt of unsatisfied Career Services please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the resume4u team has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 Hours of receipt of the products.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
